They are hiring full-time AI research and engineering roles to build research and products that bring justified belief to AI while emphasizing cultural fit and developmental collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Work on research and products that build epistemic intelligence into AI systems
- Contribute to systems that recognize stakes, understand evidence and unknowns, and reason rigorously
- Help commoditize access to expertise and enable faster discoveries and products
- Defend against negligent or malicious use of AI through governance and risk evaluation

We work on research and products that bring epistemic intelligence to AI – compound systems that know why they believe what they do, and what would cause that belief to change. Aloe learns how humans come to answers we rely on: recognizing what's at stake in a decision, understanding evidence and unknowns, working through hard questions with rigor, and learning from the sparse data of experience.
