Reducto builds an agentic document platform that lets AI read and work with documents (PDFs, spreadsheets, scanned forms, filings) using custom in-house models combined with frontier models. The Head of Product Engineering will lead engineering for product, working across ML, infrastructure, and product to ship solutions that help AI systems understand documents. The team is small and colocated in San Francisco, with strong customer exposure and senior leadership collaboration.
