Albs is an AI research lab building real-time multimodal intelligence so machines can see, hear, reason, and interact. They are hiring multiple Staff- and Senior-level researcher/engineer ICs across areas including LLM pre- and post-training, speech-to-speech models, and synthetic data generation.
What you’ll do
- Research and engineering across LLM post-training (RLHF, preference optimization, evals)
- Work on speech-to-speech models including ASR and TTS
- Contribute to LLM pre-training including model architectures and optimizers
- Build synthetic data generation pipelines, filtering, and data quality systems
What they’re looking for
- Experienced researchers and engineers, typically with a PhD and several years of research or industry experience
- Or an equivalent track record

We treat model architecture, inference, and runtime as one system. We are hiring several Staff- and Senior-level IC roles and are looking for experienced researchers and engineers, typically with a PhD and several years of research or industry experience, or an equivalent track record. We hire across the following areas:
- LLM Post-Training (RLHF, preference optimization, evals)
- Speech-to-Speech Models (incl. ASR and TTS)
- LLM Pre-Training (incl. model architectures and optimizers)
