Mesmer builds "software factories" for engineering teams that identify and fix the biggest bottlenecks in how teams ship using agents. As a founding engineer you'll work onsite in customer factories applying coding agents and also build the product that makes that work repeatable.

Mesmer builds software factories for engineering teams. Keeping a team at the state of the art with agents is a full-time job, so we do it for our customers: we're always finding the biggest bottleneck in how their team ships and fixing it in their factory.
As a founding engineer you'd do both halves. You'd work in customers' factories, at the frontier of how software gets built with agents, and you'd build the product that makes that work repeatable. We're seven people, repeat founders and CTOs, in one office in Berlin.
We're looking for senior engineers who use coding agents every day and have strong opinions about how the work around them should change.
