Equall is an AI-native platform for corporate legal work in private markets that extracts and reconciles legal information from source documents to produce auditable outputs for law firms and investors. The role owns the knowledge graph at the core of the platform, designs public APIs, builds Prefect pipelines to turn documents into structured graph data, and runs services in production on Kubernetes.

Equall is an AI-native platform for corporate legal work in private markets. We extract and reconcile legal information from source documents (charters, SPAs, board consents) and produce auditable outputs: cap table tie-outs, governance dashboards, personnel summaries. Law firms use us to do due diligence in hours instead of weeks. Working with leading ECVC firms now, expanding into PE and M&A.
The role: own the knowledge graph at the core of the platform. Design the public APIs, build the Prefect pipelines that turn documents into structured graph data, run it in production on Kubernetes.
Stack: Python, Prefect, Postgres, Redis, Kubernetes.
Need: production backend experience (Python, Go, Rust, or Zig), data pipelines at scale, strong views on API design, comfort on k8s.
