Tandem Health builds an AI-native operating system for clinics to reduce administrative burden and support clinicians across the care journey. They are expanding their Stockholm team hiring engineers, designers and product managers to build and iterate on AI medical scribe and assistant products (medical coding, clinical decision support), with several products certified as medical devices under EU MDR.
What you’ll do

At Tandem Health we're building the AI-native operating system for clinics, so clinicians can focus on care rather than administration. We're building, launching and iterating quickly, and already support more than 10,000 care organisations across 14 European markets, including most of the NHS. We recently raised a $100M Series B to go further, faster.
It started with our AI medical scribe, which listens in to the patient-clinician encounter to generate medical records and saves clinicians 5-10 minutes per patient. Today our AI medical assistant supports clinicians before, during and after each visit, with medical coding and clinical decision support, three products certified as medical devices under EU MDR.
We're expanding our Stockholm team with exceptionally driven builders in a wide range of roles.
