An established Saudi engineering and industrial services group is founding an in-house AI unit and hiring its first engineers to build LLM-based assistants, agents and the systems around them. The role focuses on LLMs over company data, Arabic and Saudi-dialect work, model evaluation and deploying open-weight models on the company's own hardware; a Senior Backend Engineer role (services, integrations, serverless stack) is also being hired.
What you’ll do
- Build LLM assistants and agents over real company data
- Work on Arabic and Saudi-dialect language tasks
- Establish and run model evaluation practices
- Deploy and run open-weight models on company hardware
- Design services and integrations connecting AI to enterprise systems (Senior Backend Engineer role)
- Ensure reliability, security and clean operational data (Senior Backend Engineer role)

Senior Backend Engineer: the services and integrations connecting AI to enterprise systems and operational data, on a modern serverless stack. Reliability, security and clean data are the job.
