We The Flywheel builds and runs consumer brands (race finders, training tools, AI guides, sports media) with a small remote team and many AI agents. The role is an hourly, flexible-hours brand identity designer focused on polishing existing brand identities (logo refinements, lockups, favicons, social/OG images, color and type rules).
What you’ll do
- Refine and polish existing brand identities rather than creating from scratch
- Design logos, lockups, favicons, social and OG images
- Define colour and type rules and apply visual polish
What they’re looking for
- Portfolio of identity work that is live somewhere
- Willingness to complete a short assessment read by a person

Most of our brands have an identity that is good enough. We want someone with a sharp eye to make them good: logo refinements, lockups, favicons, social and OG images, colour and type rules. It's polish and judgment, not starting from scratch. Our agents do the digging, so you spend your time designing.
