Bridge AI Consulting is a small, bootstrapped, profitable AI consulting firm that embeds with small and mid-size businesses to build and train AI solutions (mostly Claude-based skills, agents, connectors, MCP). The role owns client relationships end-to-end — discovery, build, and training — and may include junior-level hires as well.
What you’ll do
- Own client relationships end-to-end: discovery, the build, the training
- Embed with small and mid-size businesses to learn workflows and build solutions
- Train every person until they don’t need the consultant

- Strong builders
- Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders (example: a 60-year-old business owner)

We're a small, bootstrapped, profitable AI consulting firm. We embed with small and mid-size businesses (wealth management, real estate, construction, higher ed, nonprofits), learn how the work actually gets done, build what makes sense (mostly Claude: skills, agents, connectors, MCP) and train every person until they don't need us. We went from 1 client in February to about 20.
You'd own client relationships end to end: discovery, the build, the training. Strong builders who can also explain things to a 60-year-old business owner do very well here.
