Treat Health builds fast, agent-assisted healthcare services in Finland where clinical decisions and records integrate with Kanta. The role is a full-time onsite full-stack engineer working across frontend and backend, with primary focus on agentic frontend engineering and mobile app development.
What you’ll do
- Work across the whole stack including frontend, backend and mobile
- Focus on agentic frontend engineering and agentic mobile app development
- Own problems end to end with real influence on product decisions
- Use AI agents (Claude) in planning, coding and review
What they’re looking for
- Able to work on site in Helsinki
- Must already be able to work in Finland (no relocation or visa support)
- Experience with Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, React and TypeScript (implied by stack)
- Familiarity directing coding agents and using AI tools in development

Treat Health is building healthcare where the right care takes minutes, not days. You describe your concern in your own words, our smart intake asks the follow-up questions a doctor would ask, and a licensed doctor reviews the whole picture and decides on the care. Prescriptions and records go straight to Kanta, Finland's national health archive.
Right now, agentic frontend engineering and agentic mobile app development matter most to us. We expect you to work across the whole stack, with our assistance and tooling.
Stack: Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, GCP, Cloudflare and Rust, with Swift and Kotlin for our native mobile apps. Claude is part of everyday work, from planning and coding to review. We care about how well you direct coding agents, not how fast you type.
Small team, high trust: you own problems end to end, with real influence on what we build. Health data stays in the EU, every sign-in uses strong identification, and patient data never ends up in logs.
For now, working on site in Helsinki is a must, and we can't offer relocation or visa support, so you need to already be able to work in Finland. We may hire remotely in the future, so check back later.
