The role is for senior engineers who will own a product or part of the shared platform, handling customer problems, product decisions, design, implementation and production.
What you’ll do
- Own a product or part of the shared platform in a small team
- Handle customer problems, product decisions, design, implementation and production
- Work across areas from permissions and data infrastructure to domain logic and user interfaces
- Use LLMs throughout development for exploration, implementation and testing
What they’re looking for
- Have shipped products
- Strong across disciplines (full-stack, design, or backend/platform)
- Comfortable directing LLMs, reviewing their work, and taking responsibility for what ships
- German preferred for customer-facing roles (but not required)

- LLMs: directing LLMs, using LLMs for exploring codebases, implementing and testing features with LLMs
- Full-stack engineering: product sense, user interfaces, frontend and backend

neoshare builds software for banking and real estate: complex financing workflows, property valuation and market intelligence, and corporate ownership analysis.
We're hiring engineers for teams of up to four people, each owning a product or part of our shared platform. The team handles customer problems, product decisions, design, implementation and production. Work ranges from permissions and data infrastructure to financial domain logic and user interfaces.
Looking for people who have shipped products and are strong across disciplines: full-stack engineers with product sense, design engineers, and backend/platform engineers who care about how their systems are used.
We use LLMs throughout development, from exploring codebases to implementing and testing features. You should be comfortable directing them, reviewing their work, and taking responsibility for what ships.
German preferred, especially for customer-facing work; but not a must.
Hiring process: intro call, a 90-minute product exercise with your own tools, and a joint review.
