This role focuses on research agents, retrieval-augmented generation over large catalogs, structured extraction, and evaluation to make AI trustworthy in production. The company is also hiring Data Engineer / Backend Engineer roles focused on data platform, durable workflows, APIs, and infrastructure.
What you’ll do
- Develop research agents for working over large product catalogs
- Implement RAG systems over massive catalogs
- Perform structured extraction from product specs and documents
- Build evaluation tooling to ensure AI is trustworthy in production
- Design and maintain data platform, durable workflows, APIs, and infrastructure (for Data/Backend role)

Data Engineer / Backend Engineer: work on the data platform, durable workflows, APIs, and infrastructure that keep a data-intensive AI app fast, reliable, and affordable.
$180k–$220k base, 0.25%–0.75% equity, depending on experience
