A German strategy & transformation consultancy building a platform to design, orchestrate, run and govern AI agents for enterprise processes on Microsoft Azure. The role owns engineering end-to-end (architecture, hands-on coding, CI/CD, multi-tenancy, security, cost control) and leads a small senior team while reporting directly to the founders.
What you’ll do
- Own engineering end-to-end: architecture and hands-on coding
- Implement and maintain CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) and IaC
- Design and operate multi-tenant, secure, cost-controlled platform
- Lead a small senior engineering team
- Report directly to the founders and shape the product from day one
What they’re looking for
- AI agents in production today (must specify which and where)
- Strong C#/.NET experience
- Deep Microsoft Azure expertise
- 5+ years of professional software development
- Fluent German (C1+) and English

We are a German strategy & transformation consultancy building our own product: a platform to design, orchestrate, run and govern AI agents for enterprise processes – built entirely on Microsoft Azure in C#/.NET (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel/Agent Framework, MCP, knowledge graphs, RAG, vector DBs). We are looking for the person who owns the engineering end-to-end: architecture, hands-on coding, CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, IaC), multi-tenancy, security, cost control, and leading a small senior team. Must have: AI agents that are in production today (tell us which and where), strong C#/.NET, deep Azure, 5+ years of professional software development, fluent German and English.
