Tether is hiring an AI Harness Engineer to build local AI systems that combine agentic AI with P2P technology. The role is full-time and remote (worldwide) and involves hands-on work with AI/LLMs, agent harnesses, local inference, and distributed/P2P systems.

- Work on agent harnesses and local inference
- Develop and maintain P2P/distributed system components

- Open-source experience is a plus
