Mainmatter is a Rust consulting company and organizer of EuroRust. The role leads the engineering consulting team supporting international clients (e.g. Google, BMW, Redis) by reviewing codebases, recommending and implementing improvements, driving migrations to Rust, and training client teams.
What you’ll do
- Review client Rust codebases
- Recommend and implement improvements
- Drive codebase migrations to Rust
- Train client teams on advanced Rust concepts
- Support international clients like Google, BMW, and Redis
What they’re looking for
- Must be located in the EU
- Several years of using Rust in a production environment
- Excellent engineering skills, ideally 10+ years of professional experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience speaking at conferences, running workshops, or writing articles is ideal
