  Cera Care is a digital platform that empowers carers to deliver care services those who require care. I initially started out owning the finance data products and now I'm involved in designing higher level solutions to make sure the business is getting the most value of our data.

  • Utilised dbt to build a centralised reporting layer for data analytics.

  • Developed and shared various data models/products for analyst consumption, helping them unlock insights to the business.

  • Designed and implemented high level data model used to consolidate disparate systems from within the business.

  • Converted data from upstream systems including MongoDB (NoSQL), MySQL and various APIs into a useable format.

  • Utilised dbt tests to ensure high quality data models/products.

  • Implemented dashboards in Looker allowing observability of data platform jobs, as well as identifying cost optimisations to data pipelines.

  • Worked closely with product team and data analysts at design and development stages.

  • Held dbt training sessions to help upskill data team allowing them to adopt a software engineering approach to development, providing transparency to data analytics.

  • Maintained airflow DAGs and troubleshooted these when errors occurred, reducing data downtime for business users.

• Data Insight Analyst, Virgin Red

  Virgin Red is a loyalty app for Virgin and acts to bridge all Virgin Companies together into one ecosystem. I developed visual dashboards helping Virgin Red unlock insights into it's own member base, helping them live the best of their lives and rewarding them at the same time.

  • Designed, developed and maintained dashboards helping the whole business keep track of KPIs and meet yearly objectives.

  • Built data models off of the data sourced from data engineering team's event architecture.

  • Created an automated process of generating monthly financial reports with AWS Lambda, Athena & Python saving the finance team hours of manual work.

  • Delivered & presented deep dive analysis to company highlighting insights during our app's beta phase, of which include gaps in our acquisition funnel, member behaviour in app.

  • Administration of Tableau Server ensuring the company have up to date and accurate dashboards for daily consumption.

  • Generate monthly business review allowing leadership team to understand app performance and plan initiatives.

  • Utilised range of data techniques to inform data-led decisions including Churn analysis, chi-square tests etc.

I joined to support the head of yield & strategy with optimising their programmatic advertising portfolio. I used Tableau dashboards to visualise potential to drive stronger monetisations throughout the website.

  • Generate & present quarterly business reviews for Gumtree.

  • Generate interactive Tableau dashboards for efficient reporting to sales team enabling them to convert prospects.
