  Delivered end-to-end solutions for private clients, covering planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and observability.

  • 2024: Built a Python-based REST API for machine-to-machine data exchange with Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) verification and end-to-end encryption to protect data in transit and at rest.

  • 2025: Created a platform for Twitch streamers that included an intelligent chat bot, a web dashboard, an AI assistant, and a real-time alert system. Implemented command management, custom commands, moderation tools, and embeddable overlay widgets with live updates. Used shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS for a consistent design system, and Twitch OAuth for secure authentication. Developed as a monorepo and delivered as a solo developer.

• Public Discord Audio Bot

  Public Discord bot for high-quality audio playback in voice channels with responsive controls and reliable command handling.

  • Adopted by more than 20,000 servers and processed over 3,000,000 commands.

  • Handled every incoming message across all joined servers and channels; detected whether a message matched server-defined command rules before routing.

  • Kept end-to-end response time under 70 ms by deploying close to Discord’s US API regions (single-region deployment aligned with Discord’s API).

  • Per-server command customization cached; the bot performs a single settings load per server at startup and on updates, reducing runtime lookups and improving stability.

  • Implemented observability and reliability practices: structured logging, metrics, alerting for fast incident response.

• Discord Support Bot (Open Source)

  Discord support bot that improves user support experience with an advanced ticketing workflow and FAQ management.

  • Help desk channel with a curated FAQ; moderators manage questions and answers using Interaction commands.

  • Users select a FAQ item to receive a complete, guided answer in-channel.

  • Assistant request flow with a 15-minute timer: the bot posts a request in a moderation channel; moderators can accept or reject.

  • Rate limits per user to prevent spam and abuse.

  • On acceptance, the bot creates a thread in the help desk channel, adds the requester and the assigned assistant, and maintains the session until closed.

  • After closure, the bot gathers user feedback and records satisfaction scores.

  • Ticket details logged to a moderation channel with embedded metadata (assistant handling time, wait time, requester, and outcome).
