  • Pioneered the Backend System Analyst role on the main Trading API project. Quickly learned complex topics and built strong processes for requirements specification, reviewing these specifications, and keeping them up-to-date, which greatly cut down on production errors.

  • Worked as the only System Analyst in the backend team for the InvestBox project, the first automatic investment tool in Russia. This involved gathering business needs, defining functional and non-functional requirements, designing architecture with tech leads, and documenting business logic for a product launched from scratch.

  • Designed integration interactions and protocols for backend services, including REST/gRPC-style APIs and service contracts, to support reliable communication between product components.

  • Set up educational meetups about investments domain, which helped the development team understand the business much better.

  • Helped assess other System Analysts across the bank, mentored new System Analysts in the team, and created wiki for quick and easy onboarding of new team members.
