• Streamline and simplify legacy billing process, reducing the number of manual interventions, data errors and time to invoice customers.

Lead a team of 4 engineers to complete 8 full projects lifecycles using agile methodology. Instrumental from specification to implementation, in a series of 2 week sprints.

• Improved performance of billing system to process, rate and bill 200 million call data records in 1 day. Previously took 3 days to process 80 million.
• Designed, built and integrated a global inventory system into the Pelion Connectivity platform within 2 months to allow the importing and managing of stock within the platform.
• Fully integrated a 3rd party provisioning API in 1 month, to enable a network operator, to manage connectivity of their customers' devices.
• Worked with Domain Experts, Solutions Architects, Product Managers and Development Team to design a scalable billing system and collaborated with Engineering Operations to deploy the billing system to AWS.
• As Product Owner, gathered business requirements and guided team to write functional and non-functional requirements via user stories for over 20 features.
• Built Continuous Integration pipeline for all legacy Billing Services in 4 weeks.
• On-boarded engineers of different levels on the domain, technology stack and development practices.
