  Giuseppe Tabacco's publishing house has been producing geographic maps since the war and the brand is internationally recognized as a synonym of precision and safety for extreme climbers, mountaineers, trekkers, hikers and Sunday day trippers.
  The production of the maps focuses on the north-east alpine area, and goes from the Adamello and Ortles to the Triestine Karst, thus including all the Dolomites, declared "World Heritage Site" by UNESCO. The 1: 25,000 and 1: 50,000 scale maps, those of all the South Tyrolean parks and the special maps are part of the creations.

  Some of my functions carried out in the company were:

  • Digital vectorization of paper topographic maps
  • Design and creation of topographic maps starting from aerial photographs and military maps
  • Graphic creation of map covers and advertising flyers
