Creator
I created the android app Carousr, an assistant to tabletop roleplaying games such as Dungeons & Dragons. Carousr is a companion app that generates story hooks, with around 75,000 potential results based on a single D100 dice roll. Tabletop gaming is my passion, and Carousr was a personal project of mine during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I'm always amazed by Rueben's ability to take everything in his stride, especially while under pressure and having to deliver at pace. He is an incredibly focused and passionate person with a strong moral compass and will be a great asset in any team he joins.
Working with Rueben over the last few years in both fraud and strategic insight has been a truly fantastic experience. Rueben brings an infectious enthusiasm to his work with an ability to lift the spirits of the team when times become quite hard, something quite key within a large team to have a motivator onboard. Testament to Rueben's inquisitive side, he has grabbed any learning experience by the horns. If I contrast the man I met in a restaurant in London talking to me about Excel with where he is now on SQL, programming and automation it is chalk and cheese.... but that's just Rueben, diligent, talented, humorous and with a personality / work ethic that companies would want to bottle. I would recommend Rueben for data, insight and analytical roles. A true intelligent asset for any company. Happy to discuss candidate suitability with any future employers.
Rueben is dedicated, engaging and enthusiastic, three traits that all employers need but are hard to come by. A competent data expert with experience also in application development who is eager to learn and capable of mastering anything.
I had the privilege of working with Rueben for more than 10 years. Rueben is proactive, result oriented, responsible and technically sound employee and he is always ready to put all his energy and time to get the job done. He has an exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skill in Power BI and SQL Server. is a great asset to any company. If you're looking for a data analyst expert with exceptional skills all round, then Rueben comes with my full recommendation!
Over the last seven years, I've worked with Rueben on and off in different capacities. Rueben is a resourceful colleague with a wealth of expertise and experience. Rueben is a friendly and patient person who can find or establish a solution to any issue or question posed to him in a timely manner. When Rueben completes a task, the quality is evident, and it's clear that he holds himself to a high standard; it's slick, user friendly and beneficial to whatever the operation requirement is. I strongly recommend Rueben; he has been a great support to me over the years, and I recognise that the everyday responsibilities I complete are easier because of him, and I am confident that he will become an integral part of any future organisation he is employed by.
Rueben is a highly effective team member. The three words I would use to describe Rueben are; Resourceful, Resilient and Reliable. He works excellently as an individual contributor and his creativity allows for innovative responses to challenges and creation of tools to improve the way not only his own team would work, but the wider business. As well as a sole contributor Rueben is an excellent communicator and team worker and thrives on not only his own success but the success of the overall team.
