I am a fullstack java developer, I have worked as a developer and also as a team leader, this has helped me to better understand the expectations of each of these roles. As a developer I enjoy analyzing and solving problems to offer efficient, secure and scalable solutions, I like to share my experience with my team members and receive feedback when proposing solutions, I believe that a good conversation is a source of mutual learning. As a leader, I enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, I consider that maintaining a balance between requirements and delivery times are the basis for an efficient performance of a team.
