I’ve led the transition from legacy reporting infrastructure to a scalable waterfall-based model, enhancing the accuracy and accessibility of operational insights.

  In addition, I lead efforts in IT automation and AI integration, developing scripts and internal tools to streamline manual workflows and support processes like contract review and user onboarding. I manage key internal systems such as Active Directory, SharePoint, 1Password, and help desk platforms, ensuring they are aligned with organizational needs and compliance requirements. Through mentorship, cross-team collaboration, and a focus on security, including MFA rollouts and CMMC-aligned practices, I’ve helped build a more efficient, secure, and data-driven environment.
