Pascal has the rare gift enabling him to understand and break down complex and for most of us unsurmountable problems at a speed that is striking. He is a kind, level-headed personality and one of the persons I learned most from in my career.

As a both business oriented and hands on technology leader, he always understood how to guide the development team towards successful outcomes.
