Christoph Dittmann
Manager Solutions Engineering

About

I am a 44-year-old husband and father of two daughters who remains driven by a relentless curiosity to learn something new every day. With over 17 years of professional experience, I have navigated a diverse range of technical and leadership roles, most recently focusing on the high-impact challenge of scaling a startup’s solutions engineering presence from the ground up within the region. I take pride in guiding customers through their observability and security journeys by bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and business success. While I have transitioned into a role focused on regional growth and scaling teams, I make it a priority to keep my hands-on technical skills sharp. My leadership philosophy is simple: I believe in empowering every team member to reach their full potential, while remaining "in the trenches" to ensure our collective success. I am always eager to explore new ideas and thrive in collaborative, forward-thinking environments.

Eventdaten im richtigen Format
BigData Insider
