    We contracted with Matt to do a major overhaul and upgrade of a strategic web-based asset. I personally depended on Matt to both execute the needed development tasks and to serve in the consultant role - navigating and explaining the various technical issues to me and other members of our team so we could make decisions in understanding of the implications.
