I have known Marcin 'Baker' for more than 10 years. It was a great pleasure to watch how Baker has grown his professionalism and skills from Comarch’s internship program to senior front-end developer and later on as a technical leader and development manager. We cooperated on very difficult projects and challenges ranging from CRM implementation and business banking implementation to implementing our enterprise solutions within ASEAN markets. From the very beginning, Baker has demonstrated a can-do and DIY attitude. He was always ready to take on new responsibilities and persist until he succeeded. Moreover, Baker plays a very important role as a team member and a great coach and mentor, not only during working hours but also when good organization skills were required. It has been a pleasure to work with him. He is a great professional and colleague.
I am amazed with Marcin's work ethos. He is a person you can always count on. We have worked together in a very challenging project. He proved himself to be a goal oriented and stress-resistant professional dozens of times. His technological and interpersonal skills are extremely developed, so he can communicate effectively with all people in organisation. As a colleague Marcin is reasonable and helping person. Marcin would be a great part of any IT related company
Marcin is one of the most reliable people I worked with. Recently we worked together in complex project, where Marcin was our on-site Technical Lead. I am impressed by his technical expertise and communicativeness. No matter if he interacts with junior developer, architect or higher management, internally or with a client - he is always able to present clearly his point of view, be supportive and find solutions. Marcin is an achiever. His dedication to the goals and thinking out of the box made us able to overcome lots of challenges. Long story short, Marcin gets things done. What's more, Marcin is the team player, who never abandons his teammates and everybody can count on him. Marcin, it is always a pleasure to cooperate with you.
I am constantly in awe of Marcin's grit and determination, as well as his ability to positively deal with challenging experiences. He is hardworking and driven, and can accomplish anything he sets his mind to - he gets it done! Data driven, always looking for the best solution possible, not just workarounds. This is why I look forward to collaborating more with him in the future, and hope we can work together again.
