• Provide onsite and remote support to end users on operating systems based on Windows, Linux and MacOS. • Provide purchasing advice to end users and little companies on technology related purchases. • Repairs on hardware level on desktops and laptops. • Generate scripts for automating repetitive tasks such as dns changes and common software installs.
