  • Hector Ayala Solivan

I consider Jorge to be a great developer. He is constantly keeping up-to-date with the current tools, making sure that he is technically capable to meet modern challenges. I was able to witness this first-hand while working on the same team. He was someone who could take an old web application and modernize it in a matter of days. Numerous times, in design meetings, he would chime in with recommendations regarding frameworks or tools, recommendations which would lead us to improve our development process or come up with a better application design. He is also a fast learner, as cliché as that sounds. He can pick up skills super quick, and he immediately starts coming up with ways of implementing what he just learned about. I recommend him for any development position.
