Founding Engineer (Independent), Stations.dev
Aug, 2026 - Present
Designing and building Stations, a multi-tenant work coordination platform where humans and autonomous agents securely claim, execute, and review the same work through shared workflows.
Architected a multi-tenant SaaS platform spanning 7 deployable services and 250+ REST endpoints behind a NestJS gateway, using shared API and event contracts within an Nx TypeScript monorepo.
Designed a shared workflow model where humans and autonomous agents operate under the same authorization, approval, leasing, and artifact requirements, enabling seamless human-in-the-loop automation.
Implemented enterprise-grade multi-tenant authentication and authorization using JWT, OIDC, CASL, PostgreSQL row-level security, service-to-service authentication, and enterprise SSO with DNS-based tenant discovery.
Built cloud infrastructure on AWS using Kubernetes, OpenTofu, Docker, GitHub Actions, and OpenTelemetry with automated CI/CD, security scanning, rate limiting, and cost monitoring.
Delivered a unified product experience through a Next.js web application, CLI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server consuming the same public gateway API.
Established a specification-first AI-assisted engineering workflow spanning 34 design specifications, 73 implementation plans, 248 merged pull requests in the first month, and more than 2,500 automated tests while maintaining open-source agent tooling for reusable development workflows.
