    I was put in charge of a Vessel IT Support team that had the difficult mandate of improving support to the CSL fleet after years of neglect and bad IT services which lost the users' trust and left many frustrated. As soon as Francis joined my team, his personality and technical expertise were felt immediately. He is a very fun person to work with, a great team player, highly efficient and productive, a quick learner, and always willing to give a hand or his time. He rose quickly through the ranks and is never shy to share his knowledge or opinion but never condescending. Within a few months, we were able to vastly improve the support level, reduce response time, improve users' morale and increased their trust in the team. Francis played an important part in the success of the team. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with him and wherever he goes, I am sure he will be able to contribute and help improve the team and organization that he is a part of.
