  Improved availability of key business services (AWS-specific solutions like LBs, ASGs along with monitoring)
  Rebuilt monitoring stack with Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty, some inhouse solutions - shortening incident reaction time.

  I also created and maintained local knowledge base about container technologies, Red Hat Openshift, Service Mesh, adjacent processes (more than 50 articles in total) - reducing the burden on RFI calls in the tech support significantly.
