Government of Peru - Department of Agriculture - Executive Agency - PSI

Senior Software Engineer

This Government Agency builds dams, irrigation channels, and irrigation infrastructure in general. These projects mainly were funded by JBIC, World Bank, and the Peruvian Government.
Highlights
- Did the software maintenance of the Custom ERP called SAPS. The main purpose was to manage irrigation projects accounting. Project partially funded by JBIC (a.k.a. JICA). The rest was funded by the Peruvian Government. The World Bank in Peru requested that its IFRs are in the software for their projects. PSI also requested that all its operations (finance, RRHH, warehouse, and so on) were implemented in this software. This software was developed by Devcon with AC Publica. I did the development, maintenance, upgrade of this software during five years (including my former jobs in Devcon and AC Publica) as lead and main developer.
