Initiated and operationnaly led a team supervising the IT security of Alcatel datacenters (2500 servers, dual site). Conducted the deployment of a consistent, global infrastructure ensuring control over the security of the production systems and applications: consolidation of the security rules, access control mechanisms, network traffic monitoring, deployed security events consolidation and reporting (in-house development). Documented technical standards with the aim of providing a framework for the security of the infrastructure and operations: system administration procedures, vulnerability assessment and mitigation, go-live procedures, etc.
