  Working on large-scale multicloud projects (OMS, Data Cloud + Agentforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and SFCC), including a migration from Classic to Lightning. Developing in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce, in addition to performing app builder tasks such as creating flows, flexipages, and actions. I’m part of the AI team in Salesforce Professional Services, where I worked as the sole technical consultant on two Agentforce LATAM pilot projects. I’m currently involved in another Agentforce implementation for a major restaurant group, also acting as the only technical consultant responsible for the implementation.

At this company, I worked on several e-commerce integrations, including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Moneris (payment processor), PayBright (buy now, pay later), Kount (anti-fraud), Ordergroove, wishlist functionality, and GTM.
