I managed Aaron while building the Technology Consulting Practice @EY Caribbean and from the 1st interaction he learnt quickly and was able to combine both his technical and cross functional skills to identify client opportunities for clients and articulate technical solutions for their problems.

Aaron is an Industrial and Systems Engineer and a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology after winning the prestigious honor of being awarded an Open Scholarship by the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. I had the privilege and pleasure of working with Aaron during his time at EY Trinidad where he first started in the Assurance Department. Being new to Financial Statement Audits, Aaron brought a fresh perspective and was an exceptional team player that was valued by all ranks. His critical thinking and innovative solutions fueled his move to the IT audit team and then the Consulting Department with a focus on digital transformation and automated solutions where he continued to impress .
