Co-founded a startup as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, I was responsible for leading the development department both technically and professionally, overseeing the full lifecycle of own product development, and also custom software development for clients ranging from startups to large enterprises, which were located in Hungary and also internationally. The company specialized in cutting-edge mobile and web app development, utilizing a wide array of technologies, including modern cloud, backend & web frontend, and mobile technologies. I established ISO-audit-proof processes covering the full software development lifecycle, from planning through implementation to support and maintenance.
